Please note: we do not distinguish between amateurs and professionals. We believe the numbers of viewers will do the work. The old media TV or Radio used to make us believe you and I cannot do a "professional" broadcast, only "professionals" can and they are carefully selected. Well those times are over. DarpaTV does not play the old game. Everyone can broadcast and use this awesome technology.

- Amateurs/Individuals
- Professionals or self proclaimed professionals
Professionals watch out for those who are just getting into this business. Media on internet is not what TV or Radio was and these young talent are just waiting out there to take over. If you are an amateur just starting in the broadcasting business, good luck. If you are a business or organization you just stumbled upon the best communications tool yet.
