What does Darpa mean?
Darpa is an acronym for Distributed Architecture for Realtime Publishing and Access (D.A.R.P.A).
You might also be familiar with the word DarpaNet the ancestor to Internet. So think of DarpaTV as of Internet TV.
Founded in 2011, based in USA and Europe, DarpaTV is a digital broadcasting network utilizing the first proprietary technology to enable live, interactive broadcasting with two-way video and audio interaction between host and viewers (one-to-many and many-to-one). DarpaTV encourages host-to-viewer, viewer-to-host and viewer-to-viewer interaction, empowering a much more engaging experience for everyone involved.

DarpaTV broadcasters can instantaneously integrate separate videos, images and graphics content in PIP format. The platform is supported with social networking features that maximize interactivity of the medium and connection with the audience.
